Installing and Activating PDF Invoice Builder for WooCommerce

📚 PDF Invoice Builder for WooCommerce

PDF Invoice Builder for WooCommerce lets you create branded PDF invoices for WooCommerce orders. Before using invoice generation, downloads, email attachments, or settings, the plugin must be installed and activated with a valid license.

Requirements

Before installing, make sure your site has:

  • WordPress 6.0 or later
  • PHP 7.4 or later
  • WooCommerce installed and active
  • An active PDF Invoice Builder license
  • WooCommerce Subscriptions, only if using subscription invoice features

Install the plugin

  1. In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin.
  2. Click Upload Plugin.
  3. Select the plugin ZIP file.
  4. Click Install Now.
  5. Click Activate Plugin.
  6. Confirm WooCommerce is installed and active.

After activation, open the plugin from WooCommerce > PDF Invoice.

Activate your license

  1. Go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoice > License.
  2. Enter your license key.
  3. Click Activate License.
  4. Confirm the license status shows Active.

Use Check Status to refresh the license status. If moving the plugin to another site, deactivate the license on the old site first.
