PDF Invoice Builder lets you customize the invoice design, attach invoices to WooCommerce emails, and allow customers to download invoices from selected locations.
Customize the invoice template
Go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoice > Template.
You can add:
- Store logo
- Company name and address
- Phone, email, and website
- VAT, GST, or tax number
- Footer text and legal notes
- Signature or stamp image
Template options include:
- A4 or Letter paper size
- Classic, Modern, or Minimal template
- Primary and secondary colors
- Adjustable font size
- Optional SKU column
- RTL/Unicode support
Use the Preview tab after saving changes.
Attach invoices to emails
Go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoice > Emails.
Select which WooCommerce emails should include invoices, such as:
- Processing order
- Completed order
- Customer invoice/order details
- New order
- Refunded order
- Customer renewal invoice
You can also:
- Attach invoices only for paid orders
- Restrict attachments by order status
- Add invoice download links inside emails
Enable customer downloads
Go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoice > Customer Downloads.
Invoice buttons can appear on:
- My Account > Orders
- Order details page
- Thank-you page
- Customer emails
You can restrict downloads to paid orders or selected statuses. Enable Guest secure URL if guest customers should download invoices.
