How to Control Where Campaigns Appear

Campaign Builder / Sky Campaigns includes display options that let you control where each campaign appears on your website.

Use display rules to show a campaign across the full site, on pages, on posts, or only on selected content.

Where to Find Display Options

To configure campaign display rules:

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Go to Campaigns > Campaigns.
  3. Create a new campaign or edit an existing campaign.
  4. Find the display options in the campaign editor.
  5. Choose where the campaign should appear.
  6. Save the campaign.

Available Display Options

Campaign Builder includes these display options:

  • Entire Site.
  • All Pages.
  • All Posts.
  • Selected Pages.
  • Selected Posts.

Entire Site

Use Entire Site when you want the campaign to appear across the whole website.

This option is useful for general newsletter signup campaigns, sitewide announcements, or broad promotional campaigns.

All Pages

Use All Pages when you want the campaign to appear on WordPress pages only.

This can include pages such as:

  • Home page.
  • About page.
  • Contact page.
  • Landing pages.
  • Service pages.

All Posts

Use All Posts when you want the campaign to appear on blog posts only.

This is useful for content-based campaigns, blog newsletter signups, or reader-focused offers.

Selected Pages

Use Selected Pages when you want the campaign to appear only on specific pages.

To select pages:

  1. Choose Selected Pages.
  2. Use the searchable page picker.
  3. Search for the page by title.
  4. Select the page.
  5. Save the campaign.

The campaign will only appear on the selected pages.

Selected Posts

Use Selected Posts when you want the campaign to appear only on specific posts.

To select posts:

  1. Choose Selected Posts.
  2. Use the searchable post picker.
  3. Search for the post by title.
  4. Select the post.
  5. Save the campaign.

The campaign will only appear on the selected posts.

If the Campaign Does Not Appear

If your campaign does not show on the frontend, check the display rules first.

Make sure:

  • The campaign is active.
  • The current page matches the selected display option.
  • The correct page or post is selected.
  • The popup trigger conditions are met.
  • Pro frequency or scheduling rules are not blocking the popup, if used.
