How to Create and Manage Campaigns
Campaigns are the main part of Campaign Builder / Sky Campaigns.
A campaign controls the popup or inline signup form, its design, display rules, trigger settings, and subscriber collection.
Create a New Campaign
To create a campaign:
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Go to Campaigns > Campaigns.
- Click New Campaign.
- Enter the campaign details.
- Choose the template and settings you want to use.
- Save the campaign.
Campaign Details
When creating or editing a campaign, you can configure:
- Campaign Name
This is the internal name of the campaign. - Status
This controls whether the campaign is active or inactive. - Description
This is an optional internal description for your own reference.
Active and Inactive Campaigns
Only active campaigns display on the frontend.
If a campaign is inactive, it will not appear to visitors even if the display rules and triggers are configured correctly.
Activate or Deactivate a Campaign
You can activate or deactivate a campaign in two ways.
Option 1: From the Campaign Editor
- Open the campaign.
- Find the status setting.
- Set the campaign to active or inactive.
- Save the campaign.
Option 2: From the Campaign List
The Campaigns list includes a status toggle for each campaign.
Use this toggle to quickly activate or deactivate a campaign without opening the full campaign editor.
