How to Add Notes, Images, and Privacy / Terms Checkbox

Campaign Builder / Sky Campaigns lets you add extra form options to your popup campaigns.

You can add an optional note, use an image URL, and require visitors to agree to your privacy policy or terms before subscribing.

Add an Optional Popup Note

The optional note appears below the subscribe form.

You can use it for short supporting text, such as a privacy message, discount note, or reminder.

To enable the optional note:

1. Go to Campaigns > Campaigns.
2. Create a new campaign or edit an existing campaign.
3. Open Popup Settings.
4. Enable Show Optional Note.
5. Enter the note text.
6. Save the campaign.

The note only appears on the frontend when it is enabled and note text is provided.

Add an Image to a Campaign Template

Templates that support images include an image URL field.

You can add an image by pasting an image URL manually or by selecting an image from the WordPress Media Library.

To add an image:

1. Open the campaign editor.
2. Select a template that supports images.
3. Find the image URL field.
4. Paste an image URL or click Select.
5. Choose an image from the Media Library.
6. Save the campaign.

The image is optional. If no image is added, the template will use its default style.

Enable Privacy Policy or Terms Agreement

You can require visitors to agree to your privacy policy and/or terms before subscribing.

To enable this option:

1. Go to Campaigns > Campaigns.
2. Open the campaign you want to edit.
3. Go to Popup Settings.
4. Enable Require Privacy / Terms Agreement.
5. Customize the agreement text.
6. Choose whether to show Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, or both.
7. Customize each link label.
8. Select the relevant WordPress page for each link.
9. Save the campaign.

When enabled, the agreement checkbox appears inside the subscribe form.

Visitors must check the box before they can submit the form.

Works with Free and Pro Templates

The optional note and privacy / terms checkbox work with both free templates and Pro templates.

Pro templates can display these options when they are enabled in the campaign settings.

Before Publishing

Before publishing the campaign, preview the template and check that:

• The optional note appears correctly.
• The image displays correctly, if used.
• The privacy or terms checkbox appears correctly.
• The checkbox links open the correct WordPress pages.
• The form cannot be submitted without agreement, if the checkbox is required.
