How to Connect CRM Integrations

Sky Campaigns Pro can send new subscriber data to external CRM and email marketing tools.

This feature is available only in Sky Campaigns Pro.

Requirements

CRM integrations are available when:

• The free Campaign Builder / Sky Campaigns plugin is active.
• Sky Campaigns Pro is installed and active.
• Your Pro license is active and valid.

If Pro is not active or licensed, CRM options remain locked.

Supported CRM Providers

Sky Campaigns Pro supports these providers:

• Brevo.
• Mailchimp.
• HubSpot.
• ActiveCampaign.
• ConvertKit.
• Custom webhook.

Where to Configure CRM Integrations

To configure CRM integrations:

1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Go to Campaigns > Settings > Configuration.
3. Select the CRM provider you want to use.
4. Enter the required API key, webhook URL, list ID, or form ID.
5. Save the settings.

The exact fields depend on the provider you select.

Custom Webhook

The custom webhook option lets you send subscriber data to a webhook URL.

Use this option when you want to connect Sky Campaigns Pro with a custom system, automation platform, or external service that accepts webhook data.
