This usually happens due to permalink settings not being saved properly in your WordPress site.

Solution:

  1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Settings > Permalinks

  3. Without changing anything, simply click the “Save Changes” button

This refreshes the permalink structure and usually resolves the issue.

Still not working? Make sure your article is published and not set to draft or private.

The Tips option is available only in the Premium version. Once you’ve upgraded:

  1. Go to Knowledge Base > Add New (or edit an existing article).
  2. In the editor toolbar, you’ll see a Tips icon 💡.
  3. Click on it and add your tip content directly.

Yes. Tips is a premium-only feature. The Free version does not include it.

Tips will display inside your Knowledge Base article in a highlighted style box, making them stand out for your readers.

Yes. You can insert as many tips as you want, each will appear as a separate highlighted box.
