How to View, Search, Filter, and Export Subscribers

The Subscribers screen shows the people who have subscribed through your Campaign Builder / Sky Campaigns campaigns.

Use this screen to view subscriber details, search subscribers, filter by campaign, and export subscribers to CSV.

Where to Find Subscribers

To open the Subscribers screen:

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Go to Campaigns > Subscribers.

You will see the subscribers collected from your campaigns.

What Subscriber Information Is Shown

The Subscribers screen can show details such as:

  • Email address.
  • First name.
  • Last name.
  • Campaign name.
  • Subscriber status.

This helps you see who subscribed and which campaign they joined from.

Search Subscribers

Use the search option to find a subscriber.

You can search by subscriber details such as email address or name.

This is useful when you need to check whether a specific person has subscribed.

Filter Subscribers by Campaign

You can filter subscribers by campaign.

Use this when you want to view subscribers collected from one specific campaign.

For example, if you have separate campaigns for a newsletter, discount popup, or product announcement, you can filter subscribers by each campaign.

Export Subscribers to CSV

Campaign Builder lets you export subscribers to a CSV file.

Use the export option when you need to:

  • Back up your subscriber list.
  • Review subscribers in a spreadsheet.
  • Import subscribers into another tool.
  • Share subscriber data with your team.

Subscriber Status

Subscribers can have different statuses.

If a subscriber unsubscribes, they are marked as unsubscribed.

Future newsletter sends skip inactive or unsubscribed subscribers.

Duplicate Subscribers

Email addresses are unique per campaign.

This means the same email address cannot create duplicate active records inside the same campaign.

If an unsubscribed email address subscribes again to the same campaign, the subscriber record is reactivated.

Important Note

Subscribers are connected to campaigns.

When reviewing subscribers, always check the campaign name so you know which campaign collected each subscriber.
