By accessing or using Seventh Sky products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website and products.

Section 2

License Grant

Core plugins are released under the GPL (General Public License) and are free to download, use, and modify. Premium extensions and plugins are provided under a commercial license, allowing modification but prohibiting distribution of derivative works.

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our plugins according to the license tier you have purchased:

  • Install and use the Software on their website(s) and server(s)
  • Permit third parties to interact with the Software via Licensee’s website(s)
  • Modify the Software for personal use, but do not distribute modified versions
  • Installation of the plugin is permitted in accordance with the purchased plan and subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Section 3

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our products
  • Use our products to create derivative works for distribution
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Share your license key with third parties
  • Use nulled or pirated versions of our products

Section 4

Updates and Support

We provide limited support for premium plugins and extensions, including:

Your license includes:

  • Updates: Access to all product updates for the duration of your license (typically 1 year) & Updates, security patches, and bug fixes
  • Support: Priority support based on the selected support plan  for technical issues and questions
  • Documentation: Access to product documentation and tutorials

Support does not cover:

  • Conflicts caused by third-party themes or plugins
  • Custom development or modifications

After your license expires, you may continue using the last version you downloaded, but you will not receive new updates or support until you renew.

Payment Terms

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • Subscriptions: Annual licenses renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds: Subject to our Refund Policy
  • Taxes: Prices may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location

Section 6

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our products remain with Seventh Sky. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Source code and compiled code
  • Documentation and tutorials
  • Trademarks, logos, and branding
  • Design elements and user interfaces

Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the intellectual property.

Section 7

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The products will meet your specific requirements
  • The products will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • The products will be compatible with all WordPress themes and plugins.

We recommend testing our products in a staging environment before deploying to production.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seventh Sky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data or content
  • Business interruption
  • Cost of substitute products or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Section 9

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination: Your right to use our products will cease immediately You must destroy all copies of our products in your possession No refund will be provided for terminated licenses

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:
Posting the updated terms on our website
Updating the “Last updated” date
Sending email notifications for significant changes (for registered users)
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
